I've been waiting for a while to access the session and all I can see is "Waiting for the host."
In case the message "Waiting for the host" appears, you must wait for the room technician to give you authorization to access the room.
I get the message "Keep getting."
Please check the schedule of the activity you want to access, as it is likely that it has finished.
How do I return to the Main Hall once I am in a room?
You can return to the main hall by clicking on the title of the conference, on the top left of the screen.

e-Poster abstract presentation sessions

I was late for my abstract presentation, what can I do?
Please contact the support team through the Live Chat feature. Depending on the remaining sessions left, they may be able to assign you a new presentation time. If there are no sessions left and/or the Committee does not authorize rescheduling your session, you will not be able to give your presentation.
How will delegates interact with each other in the virtual conference?
Delegates can interact through the Forum or in our interactive chat area.
Will I be able to interact with the session chairs and the speakers and ask them questions?
Yes, in the time allotted for discussion during each activity.
My abstract does not appear in the abstract list, what can I do?
If you have an email confirming that we have received your abstract, but it does not appear in the full list, contact the following email: abstracts@congress.com
How do I know when is my abstract session?
You can find this information:
  • Acessing your personal area on the Conference website.
  • At the Technical Secretariat desk in the Main Hall of the Virtual Conference Center Platform, in the section My registration > My agenda.
  • In the iEvents APP
How can delegates interact during the virtual conference?
Delegates can ask all the questions they want through the question box feature.
Will it be possible to interact with the chairs and the speakers and ask them questions?
Yes, there will be an allotted time for audience participation.
How can I access the activities of the program?
You can access the Conference content by:
  • Going through the Conference Scientific Program.
  • Checking out the "what’s going on?" sign located at the information desk in the Main Hall of the Virtual Conference Center Platform.
  • Clicking at the doors of virtual rooms.
For sessions that require pre-registration: The system will only allow access to previously registered delegates.
How do I know what activities I am registered for?
You can do so by entering your personal area on the Conference website or the iEvents APP.
I’m looking at the room’s door, but the button to access the room does not appear
In activities that require prior registration, access will be granted ONLY to delegates who have previously registered for the specific session.
In activities with prior registration, you must check if you are previously registered to access the room. If you are not registered, the system will not grant access.
You will be able to register for activities with openings available at the Technical Secretariat Desk in the Main Hall of the Virtual Conference Center, at the Activities Registration desk> Register.
Will I be able to access the Conference’s content after it’s over?
Some of the Conference’s content will be available “Offline” once the event is over: these activities are marked as “available offline” in the Scientific Program.
The content will be available for one month after the end of the Conference
To access offline content, you must be previously registered for the Conference.
You can access the content by logging into the platform with your username and password after the Conference dates.

My registration

My personal information is wrong, how can I change it?
You can correct your information at the Technical Secretariat desk> My registration> My profile, or in your Personal Area from the top menu.
The information highlighted in gray cannot be modified by the delegate, changes must be requested in writing to registrations@congress.com.
How can I participate in the Virtual Conference?
You must be registered in the conference and access the platform with the username and password that were provided in your registration. This login information is personal and non-transferable. The system will not allow simultaneous access with the same user on multiple devices.

How do I access the Virtual Conference platform?
You must log in with the username and password that were provided in your registration.
A third party has paid for my registration, I don't have the login information.
The third party should provide you with your username and password. If you cannot get in touch with them go to the door of the Virtual Conference Center and click on "Forgot password".
Where can I set up my Virtual Card?
You can download the card at the Technical Secretariat desk, in the Hall of the Virtual Conference Center, in the section My Registration> My Virtual Card or in your personal area from the top menu.
What is the Virtual Card for?
This card can be used as a business card and exchanged with the sponsors of the conference at the stands of the Exhibition Area.
How can I check the Conference program?
Apart from going to the Conference website, you can access the Scientific Program at the "What's going on?" Counter located in the Hall of the Virtual Conference Center, in addition to the PDFs published in the Document Download stand located next to the counters.
How can I get the Conference certificates?
Once the Conference is over, you will be able to obtain your attendance certificates by accessing your Personal Area at the Conference website with your username and password. If you haven’t got the login information, you can use the “Forgot password" button when accessing your personal area.
These certificates will be available the week after the end of the Conference.

Commercial Exhibition

How do I access the Commercial Exhibition area of a Virtual Conference?
Access by clicking on "Commercial Exhibition Area" in the Main Hall of the Virtual Conference Center.
How will it be possible to interact in real time with the staff of the companies sponsoring the booths?
You will be able to use the Chat features enabled at each booth. If the sponsor wishes, they may establish business hours to host videoconferences with the Conference delegates.
How can I get information about the products without interacting with their staff?
Each booth has various tools to obtain product information without having to speak personally with a representative.
You will be able to download files provided by the sponsoring company, watch videos and give them your personal info if you wish to receive updates and information in the future.
What is the action of exchanging Virtual Cards?
With this action, you will share your Virtual card with the delegate of the sponsoring company and will provide him with your personal info so they may send you updates on their products, relevant information...
Will the general Chat that offers support on the Virtual Conference Center Platform let me contact a sponsor?
No, the Chat that appears on the Virtual Conference Center is only for possible incidents and general questions during the Conference.
If you want to communicate with a company’s delegate, please access the chat feature you will find inside each booth.
When can I visit the Commercial Exhibition Area?
The commercial exhibition area of the Conference will be open during the following hours:
  • Monday October 19: 16:00 – 21:00h.
  • Tuesday October 20: 15:30 – 21:00h.
  • .... ...
